Cheese Making

  Using membrane separation technology to produce cheese, the yield can be increased by 10%~30%, while reducing the amount of the lactase by 70%~85%, resulting in less whey.

Membrane technology process:



UF: Concentrate the protein and remove the lactose and ash, increase the yield of cheese.  

RO: Recycle the lactose in the UF permeate and  water back for production.
